About this drawing...
I consider this drawing to be one of my personal classics; one my earliest works created during my teenage years.
I started this drawing when I was 14. By that age I was in quite a bit of unresolved pain and was seeing a woman who works with the lymphatic system. She is someone I would describe as a spiritual or highly sensitive person, and it was a detail she shared about the "energetic" side of her work that gave me the inspiration for this drawing. She explained to me that wolves had meaning to her. I didn't tell her, but I wanted to create a drawing for her that depicted the energy she was working with. This was the result, and four years later when I finally completed it I mailed her the drawing. I think she was surprised to hear from me and she was so touched by the image she invited me to see her. We've kept in contact and she continues to be a big support in my life. Vertical Divider
